It is our pleasure to welcome you to the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church website. We hope the information provided will help you get to know us better.
A question I often ask myself at the beginning of each day is, "Where did I see God at work yesterday?" As I think about this question for the time I have been at Pleasant Grove, I am blessed, encouraged, and challenged to see all the ways God has been working and is working. I have seen God at work in the Sunday School, WMU, Brotherhood, Deacons, Youth ministry, music ministry, building and grounds, widows' group, mature adults, and Wednesday night meals. I have seen God work in family members caring for loved ones, a prayer walk in our Fellowship Hall, the raising of money for the fight against cancer, children's projects, North American Missions, and for the Pregnancy Resource Center. I have seen God working in the building of the Habitat for Humanity house, members ministering and doing missions in South Africa, and young people experiencing the call to serve others. God certainly is at work in this local church and people are enthusiastic about what God has done, is doing, and will do. Look to see how God is working in your life.

Discipleship Training
Discipleship training is focused on helping believers grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Beginning March 10, you have the choice of three discipleship training sessions each Wednesday until April 21. Call the church office or check the registration paper and turn it in to the church office. The class sessions will be from 6:30 until 7:30.

Take It to the Limit - In this DVD curriculum, Andy Stanley pulls you back from the edge and helps you strike a balance by showing you God's plan for getting the most out of life.
Managing Our Finances God's Way - This video-based study provides practical advice to how to manage your finances God's way and debt free.
Prayer Meeting - Stories for Life - This study is focused on Jesus' use of parables.Read the Bible Plan
