It is our pleasure to welcome you to the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church website. We pray that when you join with us to worship, you feel welcomed by our church family and that you feel the presence of the Holy Spirit as you worship with us. We hope the information provided will help you get to know us better.

A question I often ask myself at the beginning of each day is, "Where did I see God at work yesterday?" As I think about this question for the time I have been at Pleasant Grove, I am blessed, encouraged, and challenged to see all the ways God has been working and is working. I have seen God at work in the Sunday School, WMU, Brotherhood, Deacons, Youth ministry, music ministry, building and grounds, widows' group, mature adults, and Wednesday night meals. I have seen God work in family members caring for loved ones, a prayer walk in our Fellowship Hall, the raising of money for the fight against cancer, children's projects, North American Missions, and for the Pregnancy Resource Center. I have seen God working in the building of the Habitat for Humanity house, members ministering and doing missions in South Africa, and young people experiencing the call to serve others. God certainly is at work in this local church and people are enthusiastic about what God has done, is doing, and will do. Look to see how God is working in your life.

Blessings

Pastor
